I grew up in Northern Virginia, just outside of Washington, D.C., in Fauquier County, Virginia. I attended Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia and pursued a bachelors degree in government with a minor in Spanish. Soon after leaving Liberty I realized my passion for photography. My parents then bought me my first camera and I took photos of everything. I was only doing senior portraits here and there and just happened upon a wedding. A good high school friend asked me to shoot her wedding and now I'm here! That was in May of 2014. 

    I then moved to Fort Myers Beach, Florida and pursued my passion shooting beach weddings. Something kept calling me back to Virginia and here I am a year later, back in Lynchburg. This is the place I love. 

    I grew up in the wedding industry. I had several jobs from high school through college working at different wedding venues, from country clubs to private venues, and even a Hilton Hotel. My mother runs her own small catering company for weddings and I helped with a number of those and on and on it goes. My passion for weddings has always been there, it just evolved into photographing them instead of serving at them. I love what I do and I would love to be a part of your big day. 

    My strengths are in details and care for my clients. Each bride and groom becomes family. I end up shooting their children and families, then, eventually their friends by way of their recommendations!
